Candidate Registration Form

Please use this form if you are taking the examination for the first time, if your certificate has expired or if you need to resit.  If you have an authorised deferral from a previous date we will register you on your behalf.

Note: If your employer wishes to pay for registration on your behalf an invoice can be arranged which must be settled prior to registration. Please contact us directly.  If the option is available we strongly recommend you pay for registration yourself and claim back from your employer.
